 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Gas problem and asked them to come out and diagnose. They eventually fixed the problem after speaking to the owner but in the process forgot to tighten converter hose. Our forklift overheated and they won't remedy it. Disappointed. They need to take responsibility for their actions.

First they just didn't show up to service our fork lift, then when called they said "we were going to call you....."
Wouldn't fix our brakes as it was too hard to find parts, gave them a parts manual from the forklift supplier and they said "don't know if this will help"
Couldn't change our coolant which was the main reason we called!
